Our HSE Requirements
We follow current government advice on managing COVID-19 requirements. According to the rules all our guides are fully vaccinated and adhere to COVID-19 regulations. In addition, the casas, transport providers and other suppliers that we use must meet enhanced COVID-19 standards and regulation requiements.
What happens if someone on the trip shows COVID-19 symtomps?
If a customer feels unwell during their trip, our Tour Leader will assist them to access medical care. This may include facilitating COVID-19 testing and isolate as required.
We encourage customers to bring their own RAT tests from home as a precaution should they require one completed.
Should the person be tested positive, the Tour Leader will assist them to leave the tour so unaffected members of the tour group can continue their travel.
How will I know if my scheduled trip is going ahead?
If you are booked on a trip, you can expect it to go ahead.
However, we have to bear in mind the ever evolving nature of travel restrictions. Should a sudden change occur on our end, we will advise you as soon as possible of any cancellation. We will also reach out to you a month prior to your trip to ensure that you can travel as planned.
What happens if my trip is cancelled?
Please check our terms and conditions here as to what happens upon cancellations.
Will I have to share a room with a stranger?
Our itineraries are based on twin share. If you require a single room please advise at the time of booking. Single supplements apply on some itineraries.
Will insurance cover me for COVID-19?
